to reject or accept and submitted information without
explanation. |

Link Jamaica will not
accept information for display on it's web site that is
offensive to any group or individuals. |

Information submitted to
Link Jamaica have specified display time periods and
will be removed on the expiration of this period. |

It is the responsibility
of Client's of Link Jamaica to submit all supporting
information for their submissions. Link Jamaica can not
be held responsible for delays in publication as a
result of the above. |

All submitted information
is expected to be published within 72 hours of
submission, but this condition may not hold in cases
where payments are required and have not been received
by link Jamaica or in cases where Link Jamaica is
overwhelmed with high volume submission. |

Cancellation of WebAd
subscription is only possible if information submitted
has not yet been displayed on Link Jamaica's web site
and request for cancellation is received by Link Jamaica
within 72 hours of submission. No refund of payment will
be made by Link Jamaica to Client's that do not meet
this condition. |
